According to the alert from the Wappinger Central School District, the incident took place around 7:57 a.m. Friday when the two female Sheafe Road Elementary School students walking to the bus stop noticed a dark gray Subaru Outback parked in a local business, on Route 9 near Wenliss Terrace. Dutchess County Teacher Arrested For Possessing Child Porn A Dutchess County teacher who was being investigated for making inappropriate comments to a student has been charged with six counts of possession of child pornography, according to New York State Police.
