Man From Region Attacks Deputies After Narcan Brings Him Back To Life, Police Say A 40-year-old who overdosed on drugs and was brought back to life with Narcan allegedly attacked deputies who saved him, police said. The incident took place in Sullivan County in Lake Kiamesha around 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 19 on Route 42. According to Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty, deputies responded to the scene of a vehicle crash and found a 2022 Toyota Prius in a ditch and Robert Forgione, of Loch Sheldrake, sitting on the ground against the car. Sullivan County resident Hummler Colas, of the town of Thompson, was arrested following a joint investigation by New York State Police and Sullivan County Child Protective Services. Police did not specify the age of the alleged victim or the relationship between the two. The incident began around 845 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 15, when the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a burglary in progress at the Forest Park Estates complex on Anawana Lake Road in the Town of Thompson, said Undersheriff Eric Chaboty. Police: Orange County Man Engages In Threatening Behavior At Resorts World A Middletown man was arrested by state police after threatening people while at the Resorts World Casino in the Town of Thompson. Joshua Gill, 29, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana after troopers were called to the resort for a disorderly man, said Trooper Steven Nevel. While interviewing casino security, troopers determined that Gill was engaging in tumultuous and threatening behavior, and was taken into custody, Nevel said. Gill was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Thompson Court on March 22.
