Suspect Wanted For Sexual Abuse On The Loose, State Police Say State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a wanted man who allegedly sexually assaulted someone and failed to appear for court proceedings. New York State Police issued an alert on Wednesday regarding 50-year-old Richard Addai, who is wanted in Somers and Brewster for a first-degree sexual abuse charge stemming from a sexual offense that took place in February 2006.
