Ulster County resident Michael B. Hackett, of Highland, passed away on Monday, Jan. 15. He was born on Sunday, June 7, 1953, in Poughkeepsie, to the late Francis and the late Rita (McGrath) Hackett, according to his obituary.  He was a resident all of his life. Michael McCoy, Arlington High School Grad, Dies At 21 Michael J. McCoy of Poughkeepsie died on Sunday, June 17, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was 21. Born on March 20, 1997 in Albany, he was the son of Carol Murphy Nelson (Predeceased by Brent) and Thomas R McCoy Jr. (Jamie). Michael is also survived by his brother Thomas R.
