Washingtonville Man Admits Selling Fentanyl In Overdose A Hudson Valley man has pleaded guilty to selling fentanyl to an area man who died from an overdose. Washingtonville Man Charged With Homicide In Fentanyl Death A Hudson Valley man has been charged with homicide for allegedly selling fentanyl to a man who later died. Orange County resident Timothy Lempicki, age 36, of Washingtonville, a village in Blooming Grove, was indicted by a grand jury on Thursday, Nov. 30. According to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler, Lempicki was also charged with manslaughter, and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
