$14.7M Will Be Spent To Rehab I-84 Bridge Over Route 9W The New York State Bridge Authority awarded a $14.7 million contract to rehabilitate the Interstate 84 bridge over Route 9W in the Town of Newburgh. The project will affect I-84 motorists using the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge for two years. A state contract with Castleton-based A. Village Of Cornwall Budget Proposal Decreases Spending CORNWALL-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- Cornwall residents might see a spending decrease next year. The $7.28 million budget decreases spending by $112,450 or 1.5 percent. Mayor Brendan Coyne said the village might put an additional $100,000 into the fund balance, according to the Times Herald-Record.
