Shooting Victim Involved In Car Crash While Being Rushed To Hospital In City Of Poughkeepsie A 30-year-old man has been hospitalized after he was involved in a vehicle crash following an overnight shooting in the City of Poughkeepsie. The shooting occurred around 5:45 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 28 in the area of 11 Edgar Street, near Poughkeepsie High School, according to Poughkeepsie Police Det. Lt. Matt Clark. As officers arrived at the scene, they were told the victim had been put into a vehicle and was being driven to a hospital, Clark said.
