Steven Schwartz, 54, was indicted in May on seven counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child Dutchess County.  This week, Schwartz pleaded guilty to one count of possessing a sexual performance by a child and is expected to be sentenced to 10 years probation and may receive jail time when he is sentenced on Feb. 5.
