Registered Sex Offender Reports To Orange County Jail A 26-year-old man with a previous conviction for soliciting a minor is back in Orange County Jail, according to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of Nicholas Pulido, who previously lived in Highland Falls, but is now in Orange County Jail in Goshen.
