Suspect Charged After Year-Long Warwick Fatal Crash Investigation A year-long investigation has led to the arrest of a 30-year-old man following a fatal motor-vehicle crash in the area. New York State Police at Middletown announced that the suspect, Robinson Perez of the Bronx, was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and manslaughter.  The investigation was conducted by state police and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Route 17M Mobil Station Destroyed By Fire A Mobil station on Route 17M in Orange County was completely destroyed by a fast-moving fire. Washington Heights Assistant Fire Chief Todd Gray said the fire started around 2:43 a.m. Friday and destroyed everything but the shell of the building.
