Marist College President David Yellen Resigns A familiar face will be back at the helm at Marist College, with President David Yellen announcing that he will be resigning from the Dutchess County private school and replaced by a longtime former president. Yellen, the college’s fourth president, announced his resignation on Wednesday, June 19, and the college’s Board of Trustees named President Emeritus and Professor of Public Policy Dennis Murray as interim president.
