Car Overturns In Two-Vehicle Rockland Crash The driver of a van in Rockland County overturned after being involved in a two-car crash, police said. Shortly before 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, first responders were dispatched to the intersection of Prospect Street and Fairview Avenue in Nanuet where there was a report of a rollover crash. Members of the Clarkstown Police Department, Nanuet Fire Department, and paramedics from Nanuet and Rockland Paramedic Service responded to the scene. First responders were dispatched to the Beckerle Lumber Supply Company on Route 303 in Orangeburg shortly after 1:50 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17. Firefighter Injured Battling Area House Fire A Monsey home was destroyed by fire as firefighters worked in hot, humid conditions to battle the blaze. The fire started around 3 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, at the home on Mapleleaf Road, said the Ramapo Police Department.
