Man Sentenced For Fatal Wallkill BMW Crash That Killed 30-Year-Old Man A man who was driving high when he killed a Town of Wallkill man in a crash has been sentenced to five to 15 years in prison. Robinson Perez, 31, of Manhattan, was sentenced Wednesday, Feb. 6, in connection with the fatal crash which occurred on July 16, 2017, that killed Dustin Mills, 30, of Middletown, said the Orange County District Attorney's Office. The victim was killed when the car that he had been driving on Route 17M, in the Town of Wallkill, was struck at high speed by a car driven by Perez, the DA's Office said. Suspect Charged After Year-Long Warwick Fatal Crash Investigation A year-long investigation has led to the arrest of a 30-year-old man following a fatal motor-vehicle crash in the area. New York State Police at Middletown announced that the suspect, Robinson Perez of the Bronx, was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and manslaughter.  The investigation was conducted by state police and the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Middletown resident Dustin Mills was killed in the crash that occurred on Route 17M in the Town of Wallkill on July 16, 2017.
