Father, Son Duo Plead Guilty In Orange County 'Family Ties' Drug Sweeps A father and son duo who were part of a wide-ranging due trafficking network in Orange County has pleaded guilty to felony charges in connection with the "Operation Family Ties," according to Orange County District Attorney David M. Hoovler.  Ramon Rivera, 45, and his son, Raymond Rivera, 26, were the last of 35 indicted defendants in the case to plead guilty, the DA's office said. Last Holdouts Of Newburgh 'Operation Family Ties' Head To Trial A Newburgh father and son accused of supplying drugs to a major drug operation in Orange County are the last of 35 people arrested to head for trial.
