Hudson Valley Fentanyl Dealer Selling Within Feet Of HS Nabbed During Raid, Police Say A Hudson Valley alleged drug dealer has been arrested for selling fentanyl within steps of a high school. Dutchess County resident Maurice Bogle, age 38, of the City of Poughkeepsie, was charged on Thursday, Nov. 2 during an early-morning raid.  According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force, Bogle was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
