Man Found Dead Inside Home During Two-Alarm Fire In Orange County A man was found dead inside a multi-family home during a fire in Newburgh late Friday. The man was found when members of the Newburgh Fire Department were dispatched to a fire at 6½ Farrington St.  at 11:43 p.m., Friday, Feb. 8, said Terry Ahlers, Newburgh's acting fire chief. Crews arrived in under two minutes and found heavy fire showing from the front of a multi-family, two-story home, Ahlers said.
