Five Charged After Search Leads To Seizure Of Weapons, Drugs In Newburgh A multi-agency police investigation led to the arrests of five men in possession of illegal weapons, cocaine, heroin and other drugs in a Newburgh apartment. The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and officers from the Newburgh Police Department conducted a narcotics investigation which led to the execution of a warrant on Wednesday at an apartment on Broadway in Newburgh.
