Man Arrested After Pushing Woman Holding 3-Year-Old In Face, Police Say A 43-year-old man was arrested after allegedly pushing a woman in the face while she as holding a 3-year-old child. Devon Pallas, of the Town of Saugerties, was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 9, after Saugerties Police responded to South Road in Mount Marion for a report of a fight, Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra said. An investigation by officers found that Pallas allegedly engaged in a physical dispute with a female victim.
