Duo Nabbed In Drug Den Full Of People In Region, Sheriff Says Two people were arrested after sheriff's deputies served a warrant at an apartment in the region known as a frequent drug den. The incident took place in Sullivan County around 3 a.m., Friday, June 9 at 18 Roosevelt Place, Apartment 16 in Monticello. "The residence is well known in the neighborhood as a drug-prone location where the injection and smoking of illicit substances take place," said Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty. 3 Shot, Including 15-Month-Old In Region An intensive investigation is underway after three people, including a 15-month-old boy, were shot in at a home in the region. The incident took place in Sullivan County in Monticello around 10 p.m. on Friday, May 5 at a home located at 15 Holmes St. According to Lt. Mark Johnstone, of the Monticello Police Department, officers responded to the home after receiving a 911 report of shots fired. One Killed In Shooting Outside Area Sports Bar, Police Say One person was killed during a shooting outside a popular area sports bar. The incident took place around 2 a.m, Saturday, Aug. 7, in Sullivan County outside of Nelly's Sports Bar located at 456 Broadway in Monticello.
