Kayaker Rescued By Hudson Valley Tour Boat, Firefighters An overturned kayaker was rescued from the waters of the Hudson River by a tour boat and firefighters. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, near Dennings Point and Long Dock Park. Man Accused Of Exposing Himself At Park In Area A man who allegedly exposed himself repeatedly to park-goers in the area took police on a short foot chase attempting to evade arrest before being taken down. Members of the Beacon Police Department responded to a specific location in Long Dock Park at approximately 4 p.m. on Friday, July 31, Det. Sgt.
