Man Tries To Lure Boy Into Van In Area, Police Say Police are asking residents to be on the lookout after an apparent luring incident in Rockland County. A 10-year-old boy was sitting on the curb in the area of Lang Terrace and Lombardi Road in Pearl River on Saturday, Jan. 12 at about 2 p.m. when a white cargo-type van with tinted windows operated by a white male stopped and asked the boy if he wanted a ride home, Orangetown Police said.
