Two Hudson Valley Gang Members Sentenced For Assault, Weapons Charges Two gang members from Westchester will spend time behind bars after being convicted on assault and weapons charges for repeatedly stabbing a man following a verbal confrontation in Mount Vernon. Joseph Ogilvie and Tremaine Gordon, both 27 and from Mount Vernon, have been sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by five years post-release supervision following their convictions earlier this year. Each has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempted assault; five years in prison for assault and one year in prison for criminal possession of a weapon. The sentences will run concurrently…
