First responders in Dutchess County responded to the Envoy Plaza Condo Complex on Beechwood Avenue in Poughkeepsie shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 11, where there was a report of a kitchen fire that broke out. The fire took place on Monday, Dec. 21 at 267 Congers Road in New City, according to the New Fire Department. Firefighters responded to the fire after receiving multiple 911 calls regarding the fire at the two-story home.
