Fatal Crash In Hudson Valley: 17-Year-Old ID'd As Victim, Girl Critically Injured A 17-year-old has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash in Northern Westchester in which a 16-year-old was critically injured. It happened around 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15 on Albany Post Road (Route 9) in Cortlandt. According to New York State Police spokesman AJ Hicks, an iitial investigation revealed Putnam County resident and Haldane High School student Vladislav Saban, of Cold Spring, operating a 2012 Toyota Prius southbound sideswiped a Subaru Forester while passing illegally on the right shoulder.  Saban lost control of the vehicle, struck a utility pole, and then a tree.&…

Nypd Detective Found Dead In Orange County An NYPD detective reportedly fatally shot himself at an Orange County bar this past weekend, according to multiple reports. Nicholas Budney’s body was found outside of Billy Joe’s Ribwork’s in Newburgh on Sunday, the reports state. He worked with emergency service for the NYPD in the Bronx prior to his apparent suicide.
