One Killed In Route 202 Crash A Rockland County man was killed during a two-vehicle crash in Montebello on Route 202. The crash took place around 7 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 6, when the two vehicles, one which was headed westbound and the other eastbound, collided head-on, said Ramapo Police Capt. Daniel Hyman. ID Released For Man Killed While Riding Lawn Mower With Brother On Route 17 Police have released the identity of a Sloatsburg man who was killed while riding a lawn mower on Route 17 with his brother when they were hit by a car. Richard M. Mackey, 29, died early Monday, May 20, from his injuries, said Ramapo Police.  His brother Raymond Mackey, also 29, from Sloatsburg, is believed to be the driver of the lawn mower and is currently hospitalized with serious injuries at this time, police added.
