3 Orange County Companies Announce Around 300 Layoffs Several hundred Hudson Valley workers will lose their jobs as three companies, either close, merge or cutback on production. Frito-Lay today issued the voluntary recall for select 15 oz. Tostitos Avocado Salsa Jar Dips due to the possible presence of an undeclared milk allergen, according to an announcement by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). "Those with an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products," the announcement said.
