She was traveling on Wickham Avenue in Middletown when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Police Probe Possible Causes Of Fire At Rusty Nail Restaurant Site The two-alarm fire that destroyed a former popular restaurant that has sat abandoned since it closed in 2001 is under investigation.
