Driver In Hudson Valley Wrong Way Crash Charged With Assault The 35-year-old man who injured a family of six after slamming his SUV into their car driving the wrong way on the Bronx River Parkway last week has been arraigned as he continues to recover from his own injuries sustained in the crash. Manhattan resident Diego Caceres was charged with assault at his bedside arraignment at Westchester Medical Center on Tuesday morning.
