Five Orange County Residents Charged With DWI In Two-Day Stretch Five Orange County motorists were among nearly a dozen those busted by State and local law enforcement agencies, which have made a concerted effort to curtail impaired drivers in the Hudson Valley as part of a drinking and driving crackdown throughout the state.
