Offender Convicted Of Sexually Abusing Underage Girl Reports Move In Newburgh
A registered sex offender who was convicted of having sex with an underage girl has reported a move in Orange County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 57-year-old Dale Storms, who has moved from Ann Street to First Street in Newburgh.
