Officer Injured After Attack At Correctional Facility In Area An officer at an area correctional facility was injured after being attacked by an inmate. The incident happened in Dutchess County at Green Haven Correctional Facility in Stormville took place on Monday, Oct. 28, resulting in several non-life threatening injuries, said DOCCS spokesperson Thomas Mailey. The officer was transported by a state vehicle to a local hospital for treatment, Mailey said.
