A stretch of I-95 in Connecticut has now fully reopened three days after a fire involving a tanker with 8,500 gallons of gas days earlier. Northbound lanes on the stretch in Norwalk reopened Saturday evening, May 4. Lanes opened on the southbound side reopened late Sunday morning, May 5, earlier than had been expected. The first image above was taken around 11 a.m. Sunday. Two Seriously Injured In Rollover I-84 Crash A single-vehicle, rollover crash on I-84 has resulted in serious injuries for two individuals involved, authorities say. The crash occurred late in the evening on Monday, Jan. 28 in Danbury.  Danbury Fire Dispatch received a number of calls reporting an overturned vehicle on I-84 eastbound prior to Exit 3, according to James Gagliardo of the Danbury FD. Emergency crews responded to find that the vehicle, 200 feet of guard rail and one highway light pole had sustained significant damage.
