Northern Westchester Woman Drove Drunk With Two Kids In Car, Police Say Calls to police and intervention from concerned bystanders led to the arrest of a 43-year-old woman for allegedly driving drunk with two children in the car at a popular shopping area in Northern Westchester. Police received multiple reports of an intoxicated female in the Scotts Corners Market area with two young children on Monday morning,  Pound Ridge Police Chief Dave Ryan said.
