Traffic Stop Leads To Charges For Mount Kisco Man With DWI Conviction A traffic stop in Mount Kisco led to multiple charges for a 35-year-old man who was driving an illegal vehicle without an interlock device for a previous driving while intoxicated charge. Gregory Avenue resident Henry Aguilar was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on East Main Street at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 3.
