Two Killed In Danbury, New Fairfield During Storm Two Fairfield County residents were killed and several injured as a high-powered storm system ripped through the area downing trees and power lines. A 41-year-old New Fairfield woman was killed around 5 p.m. Tuesday on Brush Hill Road when a tree fell on her vehicle, pinning her inside, said Connecticut State Trooper Sgt. Eric Haglund. Haglund said the woman's 3-year-old daughter was also in the vehicle but was not injured. The victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Danbury Hospital. Her daughter was also transported for observation…
