Mamaroneck resident Cynthia Arce has been sentenced to a term of between 25 years to life in prison after pleading guilty earlier this year in Westchester County Court to killing her daughter, Gabrielle Boyd and stabbing two police officers on April 28 last year. A Legal Aid attorney and a lawyer for children were in the courtroom when Judge James Reitz suffered a heart attack, according to a new report by The New York Law Journal.
