21-Year-Old Faces DWI Charge After Car Crashes Up Dirt Embankment In Putnam, Sheriff Says A 21-year-old man is facing a DWI charge after crashing his vehicle up a dirt embankment in Putnam, according to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department. Putnam County 911 dispatched officers to the area of 340 Dennytown Road in the Town of Putnam Valley on the report of a one-car property damage auto accident, Putnam County Sheriffs say. Initial on-scene investigation revealed that a vehicle had rolled onto its side after being driven into a dirt embankment, deputies say. The vehicle’s driver, identified as Stephen Famularo, 21, of Putnam Valley was located and determined to be intoxicated…
