New Rochelle High School Principal Reggie Richardson has seen his New York City Department of Education job offer rescinded following his sudden resignation last week. Students To Appear At New Rochelle Task Force Meeting On Violence
Students will take center stage on Saturday, when the New Rochelle Task Force on Reducing Violence in the Lives of Children and Youth host their latest meeting. The Task Force will hold a public meeting - led by student speakers following a rash of violence at and around the high school earlier this year - beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning, April 14 in New Rochelle City Council Chambers at City Hall. Following a spate of violent incidents involving New Rochelle High School students, the Board of Education has made good on its promise to appoint an official in charge of a Safety Task Force.
