Westchester High-Speed Chase Leads To Crash Of Stolen Vehicle, Arrest A high-speed chase in Northern Westchester by New York State Police led to the arrest of a 20-year-old man who fled to evade officers during an attempted traffic stop. Michael F. Burton Jr., of the Bronx, was arrested around 2:20 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24, for criminal possession of stolen property, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Dicks is wanted for failing to appear for sentencing on a felony charge of possessing a forged instrument.
