Westchester Woman Charged With Violating Protective Order In Greenwich A Bedford woman surrendered to Greenwich Police for allegedly violating a protective order. Carmen Santos, 45, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 21, after turning herself in at Greenwich Police headquarters, said Greenwich Police. Santos allegedly contacted the victim in violation of a protective order, police said.  She was released on a $25,000 bond.

Valentine Arvelo, of Tarrytown, was arrested around 5:50 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 17, after the victim went to Yorktown Police Headquarters to file a complaint, said the Yorktown Police. Westchester Man Charged With Violating Order Of Protection In Greenwich A 46-year-old Westchester man was arrested for violating two orders of protection in Greenwich. Jermaine Powell of Port Chester was arrested on Friday, Feb. 15, after Greenwich Police were called to a home in Byram for a report of a verbal altercation, said Greenwich Police. When officers arrived they found that Powell had violated an order the two victims had filed against him by being at the residence, police said. He was charged with violation of a protective order and held on $1,000 bond.
