Raccoon That Attacked Three In Westchester Confirmed To Be Rabid The Westchester County Department of Health is alerting residents that a raccoon that was captured after it attacked three people has been confirmed to be rabid.  The department used robocalls on Tuesday, Sept. 10 to notify nearby residents.
