SCARSDALE, N.Y. Peter Goold, 80, died Tuesday Dec. 16, 2014. Born in Scarsdale, N.Y. on Aug. 13, 1934, Goold graduated from Amherst College and earned an MBA from Columbia University.
Goold had a long career in the food industry as an executive with Kraft General Foods Corp. and Just Born Inc.
Survivors include one son, Geoffrey G. Goold; two daughters, Jennifer McLaughlin and Laura Taylor; and five grandchildren.
His wife, Irene Crean Christian, preceded him in death.
Burial will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at Rockland Cemetery, Sparkhill, N.Y.
