Seen Him? Alert Issued For Capital Region Man Missing Over 2 Months Police are asking for help in locating a man from the region who has been missing for over two months. Columbia County resident Robert Coons was last seen Thursday morning, July 6, in the city of Hudson near Columbia and North 3rd streets, according to Hudson City Police. The location is right outside the Columbia County Human Services building. At the time of his disappearance, Coons was wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt.
