'Wonderful' Mother Of 3 Killed In Suspected Drunk Driving Crash On Wilton Highway A motorcycle driver is facing charges for a suspected drunk driving crash in the region that killed a mother of three. The deadly wreck happened just before 8 p.m. Sunday, July 30, in Saratoga County, on I-87 in the Town of Wilton, according to New York State Police. Troopers said Richard Irelan, age 45, of Johnstown in Fulton County, was driving his motorcycle on the off-ramp at Exit 15 when he collided with a pickup truck.
