Duo's Stolen Joyride Ends In Pursuit, Crash In Saratoga Springs, Police Say A 17-year-old boy and a second defendant are accused of stealing a car and leading police on a chase before crashing in the region. The Saratoga County incident began around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, when a resident reported their car stolen from the driveway of their Saratoga Springs home. Officers spotted the vehicle a short time later on Circular Street and initiated a traffic stop, but the driver refused to pull over.
