Fulton County resident Chance Petteys, age 21, of Johnstown, was arrested Monday, June 17, on suspicion of official misconduct and related charges following an investigation by New York State Police. Alert Issued For Missing 17-Year-Old From Capital Region Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from the region. Fulton County resident Harmmony Lamont, age 17, of Johnstown, was reported missing Wednesday, Aug. 30, according to police. Investigators said she may be Johnstown or Gloversville. Man Threatened To Kill Sheriff In Capital Region, Police Say A man is behind bars, accused of threatening to murder a Capital Region sheriff. Fulton County resident Jason Blowers, age 51, of Northampton, was arrested Saturday, Sept. 17, following an investigation by New York State Police. Troopers were first contacted Wednesday, Sept. 14, with a complaint that Blowers had made phone threats to murder Fulton County Sheriff Richard Giardino and others, police said.
