The discovery was made shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 17, in Albany County at Cohoes’ Heart Avenue Park, located near Heartt and Park avenues. Albany County resident John Jacob Malulan, age 26, of Cohoes, was last seen at his home on Wednesday, April 12, according to Cohoes Police. Malulan is described as being 5-foot-8 with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos covering both arms and wears glasses. Police said he may be in the New York City area. Greene County resident Michael Oquendo, of Castkill, was arrested Friday, March 10, for second-degree rape and other charges following a traffic stop in Albany County, according to Cohoes Police.
