Gas Explosion Collapses Home In Region; Around A Dozen Injuries - Developing Emergency crews are on the scene of a gas explosion that destroyed a home in the region and left around a dozen of people injured. The Dutchess County incident happened at around 12:20 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, in the village of Wappingers Falls, at a single-family home on Brick Row near Mill Street.
