Gas Explosion In Glens Falls Injures 2 Tradesmen Setting Up For Thanksgiving Gathering What began as preparations for a festive holiday gathering for several tradesmen in the Capital Region ended with two men hospitalized for burns following a suspected gas explosion. Emergency crews in Warren County were called at around 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, with reports of an explosion in Glens Falls at the UA Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 773 building, located near Luzerne and Veterans roads. Recall Issued For Coffee Maker Due To Burn, Injury Hazards Thousands of espresso makers sold at IKEA stores are being recalled after consumers reported suffering burns, scald injuries, and hearing damage.  The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Thursday, Aug. 25, the recall of IKEA METALLISK Espresso Makers with a stainless-steel safety valve for cooktop 0.4 1.
