Wrong Driveway Killing: Trial Date Set For NY Homeowner Accused Of Shooting 20-Year-Old A trial date has been set for the man accused of opening fire on a car that mistakenly turned into his driveway in upstate New York, killing a 20-year-old woman. Jury selection in Kevin Monohan’s murder trial will begin on Monday, Jan. 8, 2024, with the trial expected to start two days later, Washington County District Attorney Anthony Jordan told Daily Voice.
